Nominated by Switzerland, Prof. Nina Buchmann has been elected to serve on the Committee on Scientific Planning (CSPR) for the external pageInternational Council for Science (ICSU) to help develop new global scientific initiatives, to review ICSU's scientific activities and to advise the ICSU Executive Board. The ICSU is a non-governmental global organisation representing 142 countries and international scientific unions with the aim of strengthening science for the benefit of society.
