On 1 July 2015, Prof. Jaboury Ghazoul was appointed as the new incumbent of the Prince Bernhard Chair for International Nature Conservation at Utrecht University.

The external pagePrince Bernhard Chair of International Nature Conservation, founded in 1986 at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, was initiated in honour of Prince Bernhard’s crucial role in international conservation. This chair is an internationally recognised, five-year visiting professorship and is sponsored by the Utrecht University and WWF Netherlands. Jaboury Ghazoul has been the proud holder of this prestigious Chair since 1 July 2015.
