Three Master's degree students at D-USYS have been awarded the scholarship of the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Program ESOP 2018.

The ETH and the ETH Zurich Foundation have welcomed the new generation of excellence scholars to our university at a welcome event. Simone Frei, Leonard Zourek and Julian Rogger, graduate students at the Department of Environmental System Sciences received their scholarships from the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme ESOP 2018. Congratulations!

With the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP), ETH Zurich supports outstanding students who are completing a Master's degree at ETH Zurich. This year there are 48 young talents from 22 countries. The programme is offered exclusively to the best two to three percent of incoming Master’s students and consists of a grant covering living and study expenses as well as a tuition fee waiver. Last but not least, award holders benefit from a special support structure including mentoring and exceptional events.
