Kris McNeill wins the Golden Owl 2018

This year's Golden Owl for the Department of Environmental Systems Science goes to Kris McNeill. Every year the students decide who is given this award to honour lecturers of each department for their excellent teaching ablilties.

ETH Zurich’s student association (VSETH) annually awards the Golden Owl to lecturers with excellent teaching skills. At the end of each Spring Semester, students are asked to complete a survey, thereby choosing the recipient of the Golden Owl for each department.

Kris McNeill is Professor of Environmental Chemistry at the Institute of Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics (IPB) and Deputy Head of Department. The award was given during the ETH Day 2018.
