Schindler (1987 - 1991); - Since 1991: ETH Zurich, Institute of Terrestrial Ecology, Soil Protection Group, head Rainer Schulin; - Sabbatical at UC Davis in the lab of William H. Casey (Spring 2001); - Since July 2006: Institute of Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics (IBP).
