Performance assessment
Credit points are awarded for successfully completed courses. Information on the performance assessment for each course can be found in the Course Catalogue.
First-year examinations
The first-year examinations can be taken after the first year of study, or at the latest after the third semester. Failed first-year examinations can be repeated once.
Examination blocks
The compulsory courses in the basic courses II are grouped together in examination blocks. Within the examination blocks, the average mark of all the corresponding examinations must be at least a 4.0. For each passed examination block, the sum of credit points of the courses included in the block will be awarded. In case of repetition, all subjects must be repeated.

Listed below are the examination blocks for students studying according to the programme regulations 2016. This applies to students having started their studies from autumn 2015.
