Doctoral Committee
The Doctoral Committee at D-USYS consists of at least four professors from different research fields. The members are elected by the Department Conference.
The Doctoral Committee is responsible for matters relating to doctoral studies. In particular, it reviews the nominations of co-examiners, decides on requests for extensions of deadlines and evaluates the doctoral theses nominated for the ETH Medal. The Doctoral Committee issues the guidelines and requirements for doctoral studies at D-USYS.
