Would you like to get to know a different university in Switzerland or abroad? Here you will find an overview of the necessary information.
Studying at another university (outgoing)
- In the Bachelor's programme, an exchange semester is possible from the 5th semester onwards.
- In the Master's programme, only students with an ETH-Bachelor's degree can take part in an exchange programme.
Please distinguish between programmes which offer departmental exchange in Europe and worldwide exchange. The individual programmes sometimes have additional requirements for the visiting students.
Study at another university (outgoing)
Visiting ETH Zurich (incoming)
Students who wish to come to ETH Zurich from another university for one or two semesters should have the support from their home university. In addition, we require sufficient knowledge of the language of instruction.
