Participation
The participation of ETH members in the Waldlabor is supported by the WaLabETH Coordination Office. The standard process from project idea to implementation is described below.
Based on the current ETH projects, the Waldlabor Management Office and the WaLabETH Coordination Office were able to develop essential standards and tools for project launching. Larger projects require three steps before starting. In between, the WaLabETH coordination office provides support services (italics).
3 steps from the project idea to implementation
1. Formulate the project idea and
consult with the WaLabETH coordination office
clarify the opportunities in advance with Waldlabor-Vorstand
and WaLabETH-Fachausschuss
2. Create a project outline: Goals, location, products,
organization, costs, financing, duration, etc.
application to WaLabETH-GV for contribution of ETH funds
if applicable, Grant letter WaLabETH
3. Revise the project outline and
submit the application form to the Waldlabor (submission dates 1.5., 1.11.)
representation of project interest in Waldlabor-Vorstand
if applicable, help with the revision of the application
Approval by the Waldlabor
